have i ever mentioned that my mother is obsessed with mexican culture? probably not, as i don't see how a conversation topic like that could ever come up, unless you walked into my parents' house where you would be immediately assaulted with bright, vivacious color, terra cotta, hispanic art, and dia de los meurtos skulls. this shoot vibrates with the deep appreciation i have for a beautifully rich culture. the model, stylist, and photographer have  really channeled that lushness, mystery, and strength while incorporating traditional italian style as well.
