What I Found...

... while cleaning Kate's office:

one taxidermied paw (upon inquiry she told me it was a back-scratcher)

a human molar with a silver filling

a silver and emerald ring in its velvet box

five pairs of tweezers

three coin purses

Mother Mary

and four essential oils.

Needless to say, it was a very interesting experience.
